About me...
For a long time I used to take pictures - like so many of us - to capture memories of family holidays and events. Over time I’ve found that experiences are deepened and one notices things more intensely by thinking visually. I came to enjoy the quality of light, amazing reflections, geometrical forms and colors. Since 2009, I have been determined to take my skills to the next level. Besides getting out and about practicing, I’ve been reading lots and lots of books and magazines on photography.
I also began posting my best shots on the Dutch website of National Geographic, Flickr and submitting some pictures to various subscription-based stock photo agencies. But I also want to share my work with a much larger audience, because I truly believe that the only way to keep feeding one’s inspiration, creativity, and ultimately getting better at what one is passionate about, is to invite others to critique my work.
