Once a fishing district, it transformed for the 1992 Olympics, blending local charm with tourist appeal. Yet, in its quieter moments, like an empty stretch of sand at dawn or a lone palm tree, you’ll find a serene contrast to its usual energy—Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
