Creag Chòinnich Summit: Breathtaking Views of Braemar

Braemar is a beautiful village surrounded by stunning scenery in the Cairngorms National Park in Aberdeenshire. It's famous for its royal connections, especially the annual Braemar Gathering in September, where members of the British royal family join in. It's not surprising, as Balmoral Castle is very close to Braemar. Unfortunately, we arrived a few months too early for the fun. Instead, we decided to climb Creag Chòinnich, a lovely hill (538 m) just east of Braemar, covered in pine trees.
