Finding a great lunch spot in a tourist-heavy area can be challenging, but thanks to a local recommendation, we discovered Tabuaria do Paço. The food was a delight, but what really caught my eye outside was the rhythm of the waiters at work, beautifully framed in an interplay of light and shadows - Lisbon, Portugal
