Lines and Patterns at La Défence

This image captures the unique architecture at La Défense in Paris, an area renowned for its modern skyscrapers and the iconic Grande Arche. Because we made a day trip from Belgium last Saturday, we missed the optimal lighting of the golden and blue hours and couldn't do any night photography. This limitation compelled us to creatively seek out distinctive compositions. By converting this image to black and white, I wanted to emphasize the architectural lines and geometric patterns — La Défense, Paris, France.
