Panoramic Views of Nyhavn: A Timeless Copenhagen Icon

A little over a month ago, while we were still in Copenhagen, I posted a morning shot from Nyhavn. Today, I’m sharing another image from the very same spot, but this time a wider panoramic view. It’s actually a panorama made by merging four individual images. While I feel the previous shot has a slight edge, I still think this one captures Nyhavn’s postcard-worthy charm.
Nyhavn, located near Copenhagen’s old harbor, was built in the 17th century to ease congestion in the city’s older port. Over time, it evolved from a bustling commercial hub to a red-light district, and eventually into the colorful and charming tourist destination we know today. While the restaurants here tend to be touristy with overpriced, average food, Nyhavn remains a must-visit when you’re in Copenhagen – Copenhagen, Denmark
