A Scenic Drive from Inverness to Torridon: Discovering the Heart of the Scottish Highlands

The drive from Inverness to Torridon is a wonderful introduction to the Scottish Highlands. After leaving Inverness, we headed west, diving deep into the heart of the Highlands. The route showed us open countryside and rugged hills. We also enjoyed beautiful views of peaceful lakes with towering mountains in the background. As we neared Torridon, we were greeted by the impressive Torridon Mountains, some of the oldest in Scotland.
