Located 250 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle, Abisko is a unique destination for observing the Arctic daytime, which commences in June. During this period, the sun remains above the horizon throughout the day and night, casting a remarkable red and yellow hue across the sky. Exploring the Nordic alpine landscape under this continuous daylight is an extraordinary experience. Our midnight sun adventure began with a short walk leading to a chair-lift, providing panoramic views of the mountainous terrain. The photograph was captured from the chair-lift itself. Subsequently, we reached the STF Aurora Sky Station, positioned at an elevation of 900 meters. Following a 2-kilometer hike, we arrived at the summit, standing at an impressive 1164 meters above sea level. At this vantage point, we were treated to the captivating ambiance of the midnight sun, which bathed the surroundings in a radiant glow - Abisko, Norrbotten, Sweden
