Architectural Snippets of the Heldentoren in Knokke-Heist

In Knokke-Heist, specifically in Heist, construction of the Heldentoren began a few years ago. This building, which I estimate to be around 20 stories high, is certainly not comparable to the skyscrapers of New York, Chicago, or Shanghai, but it does represent a significant change to the skyline of Knokke-Heist. It breaks the small-scale urban pattern of Heist. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it does alter the local character of Heist.
