Yesterday, I shared a photo of a brass band enjoying themselves at the Ghent Christmas market. As we continued our stroll, I noticed a couple having a great time as they exited a temporary pop-up pub. A third person, the way she interacted with the couple, led me to believe that she was a friend or a family member of the couple, was twisting and turning to capture the joyful couple with her iPhone. Once again, I felt that the picture came to life better in black and white. Or perhaps I should express it differently – to me, the colors didn't significantly enhance the scene - Emile Braunplein, Ghent, Belgium.
