Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of Inari, the patron of business. The trail to the shrine snakes through thousands of vermilion torii, the traditional gates that usually mark the entrance to Shinto shrines. Each of the torii at Fushimi Inari Taisha is donated by a Japanese business, organisation or institution that by doing so is hoping to buy favours or good fortune. Fushimi-ku - Kyoto, Japan.
