Palm Jumeirah - A powerful introduction to Dubai’s vertical ambitions and outward push.
The famous Palm Jumeirah is an archipelago of artificial islands on the Persian Gulf in Dubai. What only becomes obvious from a vantage point of an aircraft is that the island is constructed in the shape of a palm tree. An extract of the mega posh palm-shaped retreat can be seen from the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower. Top left on the photograph is the brand-new ultra-luxury hotel Atlantis the Royal – Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Emirates.
