Portree: Our First Stop on the Isle of Skye

Our first stop on the Isle of Skye was Portree, the largest town on the island. It's known for its harbor framed by high cliffs and its rows of colorful houses. Portree has a small but vibrant town center where visitors can enjoy local Scottish cuisine, including seafood, in cozy pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed mussels, chips, and a Belgian Stella in one of the many pubs. It wasn't the best food, but it wasn't bad either. Overall, Portree was a convenient stop on our way to the northern part of the island - Portree, Isle of Skye, Scotland, UK
