Postcard Greetings From the Upsala Glacier

On Friday morning Sergio, ourguide for the day, drove us with a Ford pick up truck from Estancia Cristina along the Feruglio cordon for 9,5 km to the Upsala Glacier lookout point, which features stunning views of Lake Guillermo, the imposing eastern front of the glacier and the South Patagonian Continental Ice Field. The UNESCO World Heritage Site, Los Glaciares National Park is best known for being the location of Perito Moreno Glacier. We think that the Upsala Glacier deserves as much recognition as the Perito Moreno Glacier...:-)
