In the late afternoon, a Cuban cyclist pedals through the outskirts of Havana, passing by a striking piece of graffiti. The mural depicts the historic moment when the Cuban revolutionary team arrived in Cuba on the yacht "Granma" in November 1956. Led by Fidel Castro, the team included Che Guevara, Camilo Cienfuegos, and Castro's brother, Raul Castro, along with 80 other fighters. The 60-foot cruiser played a pivotal role in the Cuban Revolution, leading to the eventual overthrow of the Batista regime. The juxtaposition of the contemporary scene with the revolutionary past captured in the graffiti highlights the enduring legacy of this pivotal moment in Cuban history – Havana, Cuba.
