Surprising Charms of Bodø's Harbor

We left the Lofoten islands on a ferry from Moskenes and arrived in Bodø late in the afternoon, after about four hours of travel. Bodø is located just north of the Arctic Circle and sits on the western coast of Norway, facing the Norwegian Sea. The city is surrounded by impressive natural landscapes, including mountains, fjords, and islands.Initially, we had planned to use Bodø as a quick stopover on our way south. When we arrived and saw that it was raining, we thought the city might not be very appealing and that we wouldn't miss out on much if we left early the next morning. However, we had a small problem with one of our tires, and we had to wait a couple of hours for it to be replaced. To pass the time, we decided to take a stroll through the city. To our surprise, the harbor buzzed with activity, adorned with numerous yachts.
