The work of the French visual artist Christian Boltanski is on display at the UNESCO site Le Grand Hornu in Belgium. His constructions and installations trace the lives of the lost and forgotten. At Le Grand Hornu, an old industrial mining complex, his work commemerates the suffering of the people working in the mine industry in the 19th and 20th century - Le Grand Hornu, Belgium.
