The start of “Omloop het Nieuwsblad” – The first cycling race of 6 that make up for Flanders Classics

​Flanders Classics Road features six prestigious cycling races for both men and women, held from February to April. Today marked the beginning of this exciting series with the 'Omloop van het Nieuwsblad,' which traditionally starts near our home in the Citadelpark, Ghent. As every year, despite the bad weather, the place was bustling with excitement as teams were presented and fans geared up to support their favorite riders. I arrived an hour and a half before the start to capture the joyful atmosphere of the event with some snapshots - Ghent, Belgium.
